This model offers excellent summer weather traction. This is achieved with the silica-based compound and asymmetric tread design which enhances the tire’s dry and wet weather performance. As a result, the tire is able to significantly increase its road-to-rubber ratio for better traction. Silica elements of the compound prevent heat accumulation along the tread area. The tread design’s circumferential grooves avoid hydroplaning, as they channel water from the footprint.
