Product: RimRubber.bh is a tyre marketplace and obliges to provide “Tyres” only as per the customer order specification. RimRubber.bh is not liable to fulfil any supplementary products as displayed in the product image on the website e.g. : alloy wheels, wheel cups, wheel bolts etc. The images used in the website are for illustration purposes only.
We do not sell tyres by the country of manufacture or week of production. RimRubber.bh operates based on the understanding that the country or Week of manufacture does not impact the quality, performance or Warranty period of the tyres we sell. Therefore, we cannot be held liable for any issues or disputes arising from the country of manufacture of the tyres purchased through the Website.
We would like to clarify that the Brand Origin mentioned on our website does not necessarily indicate the country of manufacture of the tyres we sell. The Brand Origin is provided for informational purposes and does not imply any direct correlation between the Brand Origin and the country of manufacture.

Services: Orders placed on the RimRubber online tyre marketplace include Tyre Fitting and Balancing for all orders except on purchases utilising installments or Buy Now Pay Later services. Fitting and Balancing charges will be added to your purchase at checkout. Wheel Alignment check is also included on selected brands as displayed on product detail page and your Tax Invoice.

The “Wheel Alignment Check” is expressly limited to inspection of the vehicle for proper alignment of the wheels by the service technician and interpreting the findings to the customer. In the event that a Wheel Alignment is requested by the customer the cost will be borne by the tyre purchaser detailed in the customer invoice.

RimRubber.bh is not liable for any additional services beyond Tyre Fitting, Tyre Balancing, and a Wheel Alignment Check if applicable for the product ordered. Any additional services requested by the customer are at the sole discretion of the customer, and in doing so the customer acknowledges financial liability for their choices.

Customers are obliged to allow the Fitment partner to fix only the ordered tyre. If fitted with other products, RimRubber.bh will not be liable for any damages suffered by any parties.

In no event shall RimRubber.bh or its suppliers be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such damage or losses were foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise) : (a) loss of data ; (b) loss of revenue or anticipated profits ; (c) loss of business; (d) loss of opportunity; (e) loss of goodwill or injury to reputation; (f) losses suffered by third parties, for any information obtained through this website, or otherwise arising out of the use of this website, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise provided that none of the foregoing and or nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by its proven negligence.

If you identify a mistake with your order or you just need to return your tyres, please notify our Customer Support and we will identify a prompt and easy resolution.
If the products ordered by the customer are unavailable with the distributor at the time of sale, Customers can opt to request a refund or choose alternative products. Any difference in order value will be refunded or collected from the customer.

If you change your mind prior to your tyre fitment, we're more than happy to offer you a store credit or refund, minus an administration and restocking fee of 10%.
You will be provided with a Return Authorization Number from customer service and any questions you may have regarding product return or exchange procedures will also be answered.
To ensure that your tyres reach our returns department in their original condition with no issue, follow the return checklist to make sure there is no shipping damage.
Tyres once fitted after the purchase cannot be returned or refunded. Please ensure that you have selected the correct size and specifications before fitting the tyres.

ALL orders must be fitted or picked up within 15-days from the date of your purchase. If the period exceeds 15-days you will be charged a storage fee of 5% of your order value per day.
